The new E-Tourneo Custom electrifies work and play

Ford Pro is Europe’s leading commercial vehicle brand, 1 but that doesn’t mean we just focus on vans. Our family of Tourneo multi-activity vehicles is popular with customers ranging from businesses who need to shuttle executives around, to families who load them up with children, pets and sports kit.

The new E-Tourneo Custom 2 is our first all-electric Tourneo, and the flagship of the next-generation Tourneo family. Its advanced electric powertrain delivers a target range of 370 km and can be fully charged in under eight hours – or go from 15-80 per cent full in about 41 minutes with a 125-kW fast charge. 3

Behind the hands-free power sliding side door is a plush, spacious cabin. We’ve mounted the second and third row seats on tracks so you can individually slide or remove them easily. In the cockpit, new digital displays and our latest SYNC 4 infotainment system 4 keep you connected and informed on the go.

As an executive shuttle, E-Tourneo Custom is a business-class office on wheels. A six-seat conference layout, 5G connectivity and 14-speaker B&O audio system 5 make it a comfortable and productive way to travel. Cloud-connected support from the Ford Pro ecosystem means operators can keep tabs on how their E-Tourneo Custom fleet is working, too.

We’ve also made the new Tourneo Custom Active a tempting proposition for private buyers. Protective body cladding and roof rails add everyday practicality and rugged style, while the ultra-flexible cabin can seat up to nine people, carry bikes or canoes and passengers at the same time, or become a van for house moves and tip runs. With a diesel engine, it can tow up to 2,500 kg too. 6

Every Tourneo Custom features an all-new rear suspension design to improve ride, refinement and handling, and offers the largest door openings in class for easy access and loading. A new all-wheel drive option adds extra capability, and you can choose a panoramic roof to make the rear cabin seem even lighter and more spacious.

And each series can be specified with all-electric, plug-in hybrid or EcoBlue diesel power to suit a wide range of customer needs.

Published range (intended target value according to WLTP) can be achieved with a fully charged battery - depending on the existing series and battery configuration. The actual range may vary due to various factors (e.g. weather conditions, driving style, route profile, vehicle condition, age and condition of the lithium-ion battery).

3 Charge time based on manufacturer computer engineering simulations. The charging rate decreases as battery reaches full capacity. Your results may vary based on peak charging times and battery state of charge.

4 Don’t drive while distracted or while using handheld devices. Use voice-operated systems when possible. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all features are compatible with all phones.
