TFZ-P1 gets back from reality in GRID™ Legends game

Our Team Fordzilla P1 racer (TFZ-P1) has been on quite a journey since being created as a virtual racer in collaboration with gamers back in 2020. It’s evolved to be a real-life, full-scale model, a racing simulator and a livestreaming platform. Now it’s going back to the virtual world in the GRID™ Legends game by Codemasters®, meaning the gamers who helped design it can finally race it.

 

Available as free downloadable content (DLC) from June 23rd, 2022, our TFZ-P1 will feature a new specially designed livery that will also be on the full-scale vehicle at this week’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. For visitors to the event, they’ll also have the opportunity to blur the boundaries between the virtual and real worlds by sitting in the real TFZ-P1 while driving the virtual one on GRID Legends through the in-built simulator.

 

If you miss the event though, there’s still a special in-game event that will accompany the debut of the car, where players can compete to achieve the fastest lap time from June 23rd to July 29th. Time to get downloading.
