Mustang Mach-E gets even better with boosted towing capacity and reduced charging times

Our Mustang Mach-E continues to get better, with a recent boost to the all-electric SUV’s braked towing capacity – increasing it to 1,000 kg. 
 
We also improved charging times – reducing the time it takes to charge between 80-90 per cent capacity from 52 minutes down to 15 minutes. Further enhancements include a recalibration of the one-pedal driving feature to make for a smoother ride – making situations like stop-and-go traffic even easier, plus hardware updates to improve overall driver comfort.

Our first ground-up, pure-electric production vehicle has proven to be a hit with drivers, with around 88 per cent of Mustang Mach-E customers moving from other car brands to see what all the excitement is about. Further software, hardware, homologation and over-the-air updates are planned for the future to ensure our award-winning SUV continues to go from strength to strength.
