Team Fordzilla ‘Follow Giveaway’ Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: The promoter is: Ford Motor Company Limited of Arterial Road, Laindon, Essex, England, SS15 6EE.

2. The competition is open to residents in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain aged 16+ only except employees of and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition, Promotion opens at 00:01 BST on 13th August 2022 and closes at 23:59 BST on 28th August 2022.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. In order to enter the competition an entrant will need an Instagram or Twitter account and internet connection.

5. Users can only enter into the competition via Team Fordzilla competition post hosted at the following accounts: https://twitter.com/TeamFordzilla & https://www.instagram.com/teamfordzilla/

6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

9. Closing date for entry will be at 23:59 BST on 28th August 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

11. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: users must tag at least 2 friends in the comments section of the post and follow the @teamfordzilla Twitter or Instagram. There is no limit to the amount of users that can be tagged in the comments.

12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition

16. All entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents will be chosen through a random software.

17. The winner will be notified by DM (Direct Message) on Twitter or Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

18. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

19. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
