Putting “the Customer Knows Best” to the Test

We test our vans to extremes to make sure they can comfortably provide years of hard work for customers.

However, there are few better ways to test a van than to place it in the hands of customers so they can use it day-in, day-out.

That’s exactly what we’re doing with trials of our new all-electric E-Transit van. Ten E‑Transit prototypes are being put to the test across a variety of intensive, real-world operating scenarios in the postal, municipal and utilities, last mile and grocery delivery sectors.

Among our partners testing the vans for six- or 12-month periods in Germany, Norway and the UK are AWB waste disposal, Balfour Beatty, the City of Cologne municipal fleet, DHL Express in the UK, DPD, Norwegian Post, Ocado and Recover Nordic.

Volume sales of the E-Transit will begin in spring 2022.
