Fordzilla Cup champion takes their place on Team Fordzilla

It was a tense finale to the inaugural Fordzilla Cup during gamescom 2020 with racers employing different pit strategies. Despite running third for much of the race as two rivals battled it out up ahead, the perfectly executed fuelling plan of 25-year old Fabien Piffet saw him cross the line on fumes while the long-time leaders had to pit.

Throughout the tournament Fabien (username Seven) had shown some serious driving skills, so how does it feel to win the first-ever Fordzilla Cup?

I feel great to win, especially because I've never won big events, always been close to it, and I had to prove I could win against the best. Competition was very tough, players such as THR Mitch, RR or JIM Supra are amongst the best on Forza so obviously with such a prize, the level was at its finest.

Fabien has been gaming since he was 12-years old and has been competing for the last eight years. His Fordzilla Cup victory means we now welcome him to Team Fordzilla and we can’t wait to see what he does next.

Fabien Piffet
It means a lot. Having a team that can support its players isn't legion and I look forward to representing Fordzilla in future events and in my activities.
