Electrifying performance from our new Mustang Mach-E GT
When it comes to acceleration, no other similar car is faster than our new Mustang Mach-E GT.
We unveiled the high-performance version of our all-electric SUV for the first time in Europe at a special Go Electric event in Rotterdam, Netherlands, where we also announced it will sprint from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in a blistering 3.7 seconds.1
This is made possible by two powerful electric motors and a clever all-wheel drive system.
Mustang Mach-E GT will hit the road in Europe at the end of next year with a high specification that includes MagneRide adaptive suspension, 20-inch alloy wheels, sporty seats and unique exterior colours including Grabber Blue and Cyber Orange.
Inside is a 15.5-inch full HD touch display that supports our next generation SYNC2 communication and entertainment system. The technology actually learns from driver behaviours to make smart suggestions.
And drivers should never need to worry about running out of battery charge, because they’ll be able to locate, navigate to, pay for and monitor charging at more than 155,000 charging stations across 21 countries using the FordPass Charging Network – initiating and paying for services from a single account.3
We also announced that Mustang Mach-E customers who place an order this year and into 2021 will receive five years of free access3 to the FordPass Charging Network, and one year of free access3 to the IONITY fast-charging network.
Our Go Electric roadshow includes hands-on activities to help customers learn about the different types of electrified powertrains available, and their benefits.
1Ford Mustang Mach-E GT available in Europe end of 2021. Target Ford test data based on testing methodology using 1-ft rollout i.e. from a rolling start.
2Don’t drive distracted. Use voice operated systems where possible and don’t use handheld devices while driving.
3Requires feature activation.
