Javier Alvarez - A taste of adventure with the Ranger Raptor

The fifth and final episode in Ford Europe's taste of adventure series features Javier Alvarez, Spanish chef for Zoko Group, who have sites in Madrid, Sevilla and Cádiz.

Javier Alvarez's dish focusses on modern fusion cuisine. He and his supplier Jose foraged figs from Mombeltrán, a municipality in central Spain, to create the dish, which he served with tuna rib.
