New Ford Transit is the business

Ford is heading to Hanover in Germany this week to show off their latest Transit van. The largest Transit, with a 2-tonne capacity, will be showing off its capacious size, efficient engine options and even a lower emission mild hybrid version.

It has some welcome additions for drivers too, the big van now more car-like to drive and with tech like wide-angle front and rear cameras, hands-free parking and even hands-free exiting from parallel parking spaces.

Our new Transit Custom plug-in hybrid will be making its production-ready debut alongside it too. For those wanting sporty, the Ranger Raptor will be on show, along with a new Transit Connect Sport Van.

Plus we’re revealing some smart new connected services that let fleet owners use data uploaded to the cloud from their vehicles to check their drivers are driving safely while maximising fleet efficiency, which is always a good thing for business.
