A heated bed, yacht-style interiors… in a van?

Even seasoned camping fans get cold feet at the thought of winter nights and rough, muddy campsites. Not anymore – now you can enjoy misty mornings and cosy evenings from a heated bed, exclusively available on our latest additions to the Nugget family.

The adventurous Active and rugged Trail series bring even more of the explorer spirit to the Nugget range with chunky styling, more luxurious interiors designed for all-season use, and mechanical upgrades for extra grip on muddy shores, grass campsites and unpaved tracks.

Nugget Active’s SUV-inspired style delivers dark exterior highlights, exclusive alloy wheels and a signature mesh grille design. The modern living space includes new yacht-effect wood flooring, a textured satin finish on the kitchenette and wardrobe units, black worktops and aluminium highlights for a premium feel.
 
A new touchscreen helps keep an eye on water and battery levels and control the heating and lighting. Drivers can adjust the new “tuneable white” LED lighting to suit their mood, while a standard 2.6-metre exterior awning offers protection while enjoying outdoor space.
 
The Nugget Trail also has a unique design, with black exterior cladding that adds a rugged look and helps protect against scuffs when loading and unloading kit or driving on loose surfaces. A matte black grille is inspired by our high-performance Ranger Raptor pick-up. Inside, there’s premium full black leather trim and exclusive cabin materials for a luxurious camping experience.
 
Both new campers can use grip-enhancing technology from our Ford Performance models to help negotiate low-grip surfaces – ideal for sandy beaches and forest tracks. The technology is standard on Nugget Trail and an optional upgrade for Nugget Active.
 

Nugget Active and Trail will be available direct from Ford dealers in Europe from later this year and come with a full Ford warranty.
